Select Comfort Bed Reviews

by Jason February 4th, 2008 - 1 Comment »

Select ComfortI must admit i know little about the Select Comfort mattresses. I know you can adjust either side to accommodating comfort levels. I’ve seen their commercials and assumed it was a good quality bed.

I came across the ConsumerAffairs.com Select Comfort Issues page. Brutal. I then did a little more digging and found another list at ComplaintBoard.com

Buyer reviews on Select Comfort Beds over at Epinons were also interesting.

According to trade magazine reports, Select comfort is the leading bed retailer in the U.S. Lets face it, not everyone will be satisfied with your products so lets hope everyone else is happy. Unhappy customers are usually the most vocal. I wonder what percentage were happy with their Select Comfort bed?

The internet can make or break your company. If you’re product sucks….better run for the hills.

I HAVE NO COMMENT ON THE COMFORT OF THE BED. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE PURCHASER SHOULD BEWARE OF THE AGREEMENT (WRITING IN SMALL PRINT) CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE MATTRESS FOR 0% INTEREST. THE PURCHASER BUYS THE MATTRESS FROM GE MONEY CREDIT NOT SELECT COMFORT. THEREFORE, IF YOU MAKE A LATE PAYMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE PAYMENT FEE OF $25; ALTHOUGH NO INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED. DOES THIS SEEM FAIR? THIS IS JUST A WARNING FOR PURCHASERS. READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
