We’ve all heard the tales/research; apparently refined white sugar is bad for you, increasing your chances of diabetes and other nasty illnesses. What are those with a sweet tooth to do? Apparently, if you want to get really radical on the establishment, you buy Stevia. If you want to be more middle of the road, you go for crystallized organic cane syrup.
