Wetlands on the western edge of Ottawa’s west end suburbia are being threatened by urban development. Resident in these wetlands are the threatened species, Blanding’s turtles. The Sierra Club of Canada has mounted a campaign to save the turtles and other species that make the wetlands their home.

You can use their form to send a message to the Ontario Minister of the Environment and the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.
