The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup is being hosted this weekend by Jane Goodall’s Roots and Shoots at Cherry Beach/Clark Beach Park. The event is taking place on Friday September 16.
Of course the main reason for going is to help clean up the beach and keep our city beautiful but there will also be speakers and activities to take part in. Come on down to Cherry Beach this Friday and lend a hand.
Jane Gooddall’s Roots and Shoots is all about positive change involving the environment, animals and communities. Roots and Shoots is in over 100 countries joining all sorts of people together with one common goal ‘make our world a better place.’
