If Google didn’t already do enough, they just introduced street views for hiking trails. You may ask why, but the next time you plan on going for a hike but cant manage to get out of bed, Google has made it possible to take your hike without ever leaving the comfort of your bed.
I applaud Google for their continuous efforts into putting free technology into the hands of the public and allowing people to experience things they never knew existed. The Street Trekker is an awesome continuation of their street views and useful tool for the weekend explorer. My next post will most likely be an update on their Driverless car.
