Transporting mattresses around the world is no small feat. With a little help from our Roll Pack Machine and UPS it all becomes possible.
It takes special machinery to compress and roll the heaviest mattresses in the world.
The industry had never compressed a product as dense as Essentias´. Our Roll Pack Machine had to be re-machined to handle them with upgraded compressors and motors. Thanks to this, almost all our products are delivered via UPS. The ones that aren´t, are simply too heavy for standard delivery methods.

What does roll packing mean for the environment? It means they take 75% less space in a truck. 75% less packaging.Our boxes are made from 80% post consumer recycled paper as well.
