If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your Essentia mattress, please return it within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.

All returns or exchanges require a nominal transportation & recycling fee representing 9% of the listed retail price, 18% for the Jeanius mattress model. On financed purchases, a 1% financial fee wil be added to the transportation & recycling fee.

Only Mattresses are returnable within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund*.

If you're outside of the USA or Canada, any charges incurred for returning the merchandise, such as transportation, are solely the consumer’s responsibility in addition to a 5% processing and recycling fee.


Please note that sleep products cannot be resold as they are considered person care items. Returned items are donated or sent to the local recycling facility. Refunds are issued once the merchandise has been received and inspected. All Items must be returned in good condition.
